RECentral is offering a whole bunch of AWESOME Group Fitness Classes this semester!!
If you are a CCSU student, staff or faculty member, come on over for a chance to work out for FREE! There’s no need to go out and buy a gym membership anymore!

Cycling Policy !!!!

Bikes are limited to 15! Reserve a bike for cycling class up to 30 minutes before class start time. Reserve a bike by stopping by the RECentral office (Kaiser Room 044) for a Cycling Card. Only one card per person. As soon as you get your card proceed to the bubble to reserve your bike BEFORE you go to the locker room. If you are not on the bike by the time class begins your bike will be given to any students waiting for open bikes.

IMPORTANT  Please bring water and a sweat towel and you CCSU ID to every class!  
Cycling & 8 Minute Abs classes are in the Kaiser Bubble, all other classes held in Kaiser Fitness Room.
Kaiser Fitness Room is located in the basement of Kaiser Hall.    
All Classes are 50 minutes.
